Types of Producer Company Registration in India

Producer Company with Limited Liability

This type has limited liability, and the liability of members is restricted to their share capital contribution.

Producer Company with Unlimited Liability

This type has unlimited liability, where members are liable to contribute beyond their share capital if the company incurs losses. This type is rare.
